WHY JOIN FAC?
Our programs cater for beginner to elite runners. We share weekly programs for our members every Sunday. The program differs weekly depending on pre or post marathons. Our programs include 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, 21 km, 42-60 km, runs, hills and speed training.
Faranani which means holding/supporting one another or togetherness – we practice this togetherness during training, race day and off the race fields. We are not just running club, we are one big family that support each other even on personal matters.
Faranani AC over the past few years has taken most people from being non-runners to comrade’s marathon seasonal runners. Our track record shows the runners improvement in almost every race. We are proud of the end products we have produced with our athletics
