Terms and conditions - Runners must adhere to the relevant ASA and AGN regulations - Faranani Athletics Club, the race sponsors, ASA and its affiliates are absolved from and indemnified against any loss or damages that might befall participants during this event - All participants of the 10km and 21 km run must wear the official race number on the front of their running vests - All participants of the 10km and 21 km run must wear their 2020 ASA license front and back, with the ASA logo and main sponsor clearly visible - Participants of the 10km and 21 km who do not have a permanent ASA license number must purchase a temporary license at a cost of R40.00 - No license numbers are required for the 5km fun run/power walk - Non-South African participants of the 10km and 21 km run must provide a clearance letter from the Athletics body of their home country to be eligible for a prize (as per regulation 4.2 of the IAAF statutes) - The prizes monies indicated here are applicable to both male and female athletes - Proof of identification is required for all prize winners - Minimum age participation is the 10km run is 14 years and for the 21 km run is 16 years - Tog bag facilities will be available at the runner's own risk - No refunds will be provided - Traffic Officials, Route Marshalls and Race Officials are to be obeyed at all times - No seconding or bicycles are allowed along the route - No listening devices are allowed in the race - Prize giving will commence at 08:00am - No pets allowed
